We are consumed with so, so, so much information in today’s world and it is very hard to maintain even with all the tech available. This new feature for Reader allows a quicker scan of interesting items. It’s even easier, IMO, to tag items as a favorite. Integration of social media to the next level, many blogs tied into Feedburner are easily taged.

Let’s see where this goes.

As it says in the title, I have adjusted the keywords for a client site recently. Now the basics. The site has a PR of 3 and has been online since the ’90s. However, the domain has changed and took place in 2004. Since 2004 the domain achieved page one of search results for the most popluar keyword combo for its niche.

The problem is the site was not updated in the past 4 years and has gone through 3 different hosting companies (cname record changes). About six months ago the site was on page 1 of search results and since then has gone to page 3, defenitely a result of cname changes and lack of support for the site development and promotion. To solve the problem, I have rebuilt the site with valid code, added a sitemap.xml file, fixed deep page title tags and…created new keywords for the the meta tag keywords. Yes, we both know that the meta keyword tag has lost its place. Yet, I see and deal with the importance everyday. Bottom line, don’t code without those two meta tags (description and keyword).

For this post, I will point out that I adjusted some 80 pages with better keywords. Will this effect the sites abiltiy to reach page 1 of SERP for Google? My bet is with a PR of 3 and some 200 good backlinks, the site will get back to page 1 in a couple of weeks. Therefore, the client will benefit. If you are reading the paragraph, it’s the juiciest! If you are not on page 1, you are nothing! Blatent and reality at once.

So, keep in touch for the next couple of weeks to see the results. This is an experiment. I will also be adding the PPC campaign in the next couple of weeks where Google Adwords budget is for first page SERP. Yes, if you are not on page 1, you need to advertise. Thankfully, the client has the budget:_)

Keep in touch and share your experience with similar adjustments. Basically, this is taking a site and giving it a bath.

*note: the keywords were taken directly from the keywordspy.com results for the particular keyword combo (3 word term). They were trimmed and groomed to fit.

The acai recipes are well known for great taste. This is because the acai berry itself is very healthy and most of the recipes have you add other healthy fruits and ingredients. Of course look at the variety of products on the market, most juice drinks have acai as an ingredient, not the top ingredient at that. However, with this added taste comes the benefit. Many juices have a funny aftertaste, kind of a chemical film. I believe the acai berry added to the mix helps combat that by giving a coated chocolaty after taste. Okay, not all but if you have experienced acai then you’ll know what I mean.

Basically, whatever ingredients you have lying around the house, you can use in the acai berry cocktails. Most people like to add peach, mango, apricot, pineapple, banana, and many other fruits, along with yogurt.

If you want to try something new with your beverages, try some acai recipes and you will be surprised at how great you FEEL, more ways than one!
