Maybe not a competitor, but Take.tv is looking great with the available hardware/software combo. This company will provide the service of a device that can download Internet media and then attach to your TV for viewing. The device comes equipped with a remote for navigating through your media. All in one.

As for the website, the domain was purchased on Sept. 11, 2007. Brand spanking new and ready to roll. As with any new website I review, it will remain to be seen how well they position their product. It’s unfortunate that some of the venture capitalist maybe kicking themselves for vesting millions into defunct startups. TakeTV seems to be a great tool to launch onto the global market. See the deadpool list for 2007.
