Where I’m from? Well, it’s a long story with brief stops. It was in a military family that made frequent stops in Texas, Missouri, D.C. and Europe. The last stand was Frankfurt Germany, my last years of High School at Frankfurt American. As the years have flown by ever faster these days, I now have the delight to inform everyone that a fellow classmate wrote a book about the experience we all shared in the late 80’s in Frankfurt.

I’ve now grown into a Senior Web Producer in Atlanta Georgia. I say grow since the Internet industry is still new and seems most people don’t have a clue how it all works. My job is to show them. Challenging, yes. Ever changing, yes. It was by curiosity I got tossed into the mix.

My first notion was the constant commercial spots advertising, “Visit us at www.blahblahblah.com,” back in the early 90′s. It was the .com that grabbed me and since then have learn to develop and deploy Internet technology.

My latest play is PHP, .NET, Ajax, Ektron CMS, ExpressionEngine, WordPress. Am I done yet! Oh and then there’s Flash and Flex. My biggest surprise is the evolution the web is taking in regard to social networking. We all know Facebook, but have you seen Chictini? This is just one of many tailored offerings. Jooce is looking cool. Umh, we really have many to choose from do we not?

I spend my spare time with family, friends, a good bottle of wine and fine cooking with the help of “Food & Wine” magazine.
